- Negative experience for new users Although it has a free trial, the app will keep spamming you with the paid version and FORCE you to buy it, if not, you will not be able to add routine templates (the ads of paid version will appear every time you click "save" and prevent you from saving the routine to your calendar). I didn't even bother to explore other functions since they already blocked the most basic ones. It was annoying and actually created a negative feeling for me. I don't mind paying for the app if it works well, 2300yen is not that much, but after seeing how the app treated new users, I decided to drop this app.
The point is, if you offer a free trial, make it a positive experience for new users. What's the point of making a free trial if you block the most basic features? When I first opened the app, the intro was really cute and I was already convinced 80%. Ironically, I deleted the app 15 minutes later.
- Need to improve user experience I have been using this app since last 6months and at some point I think designers has not taken care of smooth user experience.
Its really hard to turn off the alarm and with simple mode (no challenge enabled). If it rings accidentally during work time, meetings, trains (where pin drop silence in a country like Japan) its too much attention drawing thing. Hard to explain in words but it cause different level of discomfort in certain situations. Additionally, it keep increasing the volume even if user reduce the volume manually it turns back to maximum. (Why!!)
Other features are great but I feel above mentioned point needs to be addressed.
