概要
IPC360 Home mobile APP provides home users with 360 extraordinary experiences as staying home when they are away from home. With the establishment of worldwide stream servers, users can easily feel at home on their phone or tablet by watching, listening and talking.
Automatic Renewal Service Rules
If you click to subscribe, activate and use Cloud Plan automatic renewal service (hereinafter referred to as "this automatic renewal service"), it is deemed that you agree to these rules.
You understand and agree:
1. If you subscribe to this automatic renewal service and you do not explicitly cancel this automatic renewal service during the subscription period, the relevant entities will be bound from the time you activate this automatic renewal service 1 day before each subscription period is about to expire. The service fee for the next subscription period will be automatically deducted from the balance of the account (hereinafter collectively referred to as "account") such as the pre-defined self-owned recharge account, bound third-party payment account, bank card, communication account, etc., thereby extending the membership validity period corresponding to the subscription period . You should pay attention to the status of the above accounts and deductible balances. The risks and/or losses such as failure to renew due to account problems or insufficient balance will be borne by you.
2.Subscription period: No expiry date unless you cancel the cloud plan subscription.
3. You confirm and agree that Puwell have the right to adjust service prices. If Puwell intends to adjust the service price when you activate the automatic renewal service, we will notify you in advance by appropriate means (including but not limited to announcements on the site, SMS, etc.). If you do not agree to the service price adjustment, you can cancel this automatic renewal service in accordance with these rules; if you do not cancel this automatic renewal service, the subsequent charges deducted by the relevant entity will be based on the adjusted service fee; if you are subscribing Cancellation within 24 hours before the expiration of the period, the relevant entity may deduct the service fee for the next subscription period based on the adjusted service fee, and then stop the withholding service. After this automatic renewal service is canceled, if you activate the automatic renewal service again, the service fee automatically deducted by the relevant entity shall be subject to the service fee displayed on the page at that time.
4. The method for automatic renewal users to unsubscribe is as follows:
Apple in-app payment (IAP payment, in-app purchase): Open the Apple phone "Settings" --> enter "iTunes Store and App Store" --> click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", Go to the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe", and select your Cloud Plan subscription to cancel it. If you do not cancel the automatic renewal function 1 day before the subscription period expires, the subscription will be automatically renewed and deducted.
5. Puwell can also stop continuing to provide you with automatic renewal services according to the needs of its operating strategy. Your Cloud Plan service period will terminate on the date of the expiration of the current service period.

- 日本で使ってます（評価中） このアプリはカメラを選びます。
中国製なのでセキュリティーを心配する方は遠慮した方が良いです。
良い点は画像が綺麗です。多少、コントラスト変換等を変えて描画してるようですが、見た目を重視してるからでしょう。
キャリブレーション機能は日本で使っているcamHi/proにはなかったんですが、こちらはカメラ2個/3個搭載されたものに対応しているので付加されてました。でも、キャリブレーションしても、2、3日すると またズレてしまう。
カメラの動くスピードを変えれるとズレかたも少なくなると思います。
1番気に入ったところは視野エリアを可変出来る機能がありました。これは良い⭕️
今のところカメラ2個搭載しか出来ませんが、欲しかった機能です。他のアプリで四角はできるのですが、多角形は無かったです。ここが凄いですね。👌
どんどんアップデートしてほしいアプリです。
- iPhoneではマシだけどiPadだとさっぱり動かず だんだん分かってきた。アプリとOSの関係性が不調の原因かも？
アプリ更新で綺麗になったけど、アラーム記録の再生ではさっぱりダメな時が多い気がします。まさか、クラウドに誘い込もうとしてるのかな？ アプリが落ちることは無くなったので、星３つ。 最近はアラーム記録の再生でスキャン時間が長くて、分単位です。 ルーターの問題ではなく、コマンドの通信がもたついて進まない感じ。星２つで様子見です。 最近はアラーム再生の再生位置の検索で待ち時間が長い時があるけど、他の不具合はなくなったようです。 今回は星３個で様子を見ます。 アップデート後も、アラーム記録を再生中に通信停止してアプリが落ちる、最悪メモリーカードの認識エラーで記録の再生できない。再起動して復帰する場合はあるが、何日も持たない為、最近では毎日再起動させて様子を見ています。メモリーカードの相性でしょうか？ 前回の続き カメラを３台に増設して利用開始しました。 記録にアクセスする時のレスポンスが悪いし、何度もフリーズして使いづらいです。 タイムバーの操作を受け付けるタイミングや割込みに課題が有りそうです。 残念だけど引き続き星1つにしました。

- 「メモリーカードが認識されません」 ずっと問題なく使えていたのですが、少し前から「メモリーカードが認識されません」と表示され、TFカードモードでの再生ができなくなりました。こちらで問い合わせたらすぐに返事をいただき、指示通り対処したら直りました！ありがとうございました。今２台使ってますが、これならもっと増やしてもいいかも。
- デベロッパの回答 、 Could you please unplug the camera with electrical power > take out of the card > put the SD card on the computer and format it, and then put it back in the camera. Please let us know whether this can help. We will further check it. Thank you in advance.
