Worst customer service ever I have used this app almost 1 year. Good UI, easy to continue, my impression was good.
But, a few experiences of customer service is very bad. The worst ever. Examples.
- This app subscription option changed 3 plans to 2 plans. My plan was the expensive one. And they change my plan to a new plan. It's fine, but they didn't pay back money for the difference.
- These days, I cannot use Pro service even I have paid for a while. That's fine, app has a bug. I reported this bug several times. Basically they just gave me template message, didn't help anything. Recommend me to relaunch. Didn't help. Finally they didn't give me reply when I explained their proposed solution didn't work.
As a product, I like this app. But customer service is the worst in my life and I rate 1.
I'm going to delete my account from now. Sad. Bye.

Very good. I wrote down the below review when they updated the app. But my mind changed after a few days. Their update is amazing. I ask them one thing is that I want the app adds a lot of pictures! Because It's easy to remember a variety of words.
I’m disappointed they updated a new version. It has some bugs and was not getting useful UI. I’ve been using this app for six months as a member. But I decided to quit this service. That's too sad. This app was the best vocab app.
