- 課金したが使えなくなった 課金しましたが、アプリの整理で一度消しました。その後再びDLしたら使えなくなっていました...。これもう一度課金しないといけないの？ 内容は気に入っていたのに。どうにかして下さい！
- Unable to see whole Before purchase, all went well in trial version (from A-D).
After purchase, app not running complete. After character tracing is done, screen goes blank, can only hear phonics. Which means I can't see animation and do tracing. Really bad from 2 years point of view.
- Great on iPhoneSE, but no on Androids My kids are enjoying this app on my iPhone, but when I gave the same app on my Android it stops and does not load at all.
