Appreciation The first time I flew ANA I was impressed enough to decide to make it my airline of choice. ANA has been the only airline I prefer to travel on democratically and internationally. I feel that ANA goes out of its way to make its customers feel part of the airline family which I appreciate with great respect. Thank you ANA for caring about your passengers and treating them with respect and dignity.
Lack of respect for membership customers Failure to apply common sense or be accountable for failures in the Web service and Mobile App. After over a decade of platinum membership, cancelled mileage membership number automatically when ANA credit card not renewed. No notification by email, mail or on the web account that the air mileage number is no longer working - 6 weeks of frustration trying to log-in with an error that said it was because of system maintenance. Reservation desk continued to access the account when calling and made no mention of cancelled number. Common sense to issue a new mileage club number or to inform customers that action is necessary in the login screen. Mileage deleted on new account as registration for roll-over applied to old number. Ridiculous. Agenda item to cancel and replace our company’s domestic and international flight arrangements with ANA.
