信頼回復に努めてほしい 2017/10/21アップデートで不具合は解決した。でも、使えなかった期間の長さと対応は承服しかねます。星一つ評価を上げたけど、年会費って何？って考えると。。。
その間も錦織選手の記事はupされ続けてたし。信頼回復に努めて下さい！

起動しても自動的にシャットダウンしてしまう。使用している機器やOS、症状やアカウント、削除再インストールをしたけどダメだと連絡したけど、読んでいないのか使用している機器を教えろ、再インストールしろ、けどその症状は我々も認識しているとの回答。

何のこっちゃ！年間6000円強の会費返せ！！！
いつまで待たせるの？昨年から年会費を払っていますが、3月下旬に突然チャットイン出来なくなりました。動画も一部しか見られず、要するに無課金会員と同じ扱いになってもうすぐ1ヶ月になろうとしています。圭くんからの電話もかからず、ラケットが当たるクイズにも参加できず…最悪です。
何度か問い合わせていますが、進展があったら連絡しますという返信があっただけで、一体どのような状況なのかさっぱりわかりません。会費の払い戻し等してくれるのでしょうか？
