楽しく使ってます勝手に契約とレビューにありますが少し前までトライアルの広告（？）表示の時にそれを消すバツマークが表示されませんでしたか？バツマークすっごく小さくて分かりにくいですけど…（笑）
今は起動したらiTunes Storeにサインインって表示がでます。キャンセル押しても今まで通り使えるので気にしていません。
あまりにも『勝手に課金』とか『勝手に契約』っていうレビューが多いので、そういう方はどのアプリでももう少し落ち着いて表示されてる内容を見た方がいいと思います。
?? 2年前程このアプリをやって消していました。なんで消したのか覚えてない上に、レビューを見ると詐欺だとか言ってる人がいます。親のiPadでやっているので、インストールしただけでお金とられたりすると、大変なことになります。私の記憶では、楽しくしていたような気もしますが、でも、少し怖いです。まだ、10代だし、課金して、詐欺に会ったこともないし、お問い合わせにも行ったことがないので、心配でたまりません。インストールまだしてないので、大丈夫だとは思いますが、アップデートして、詐欺というレビューも減ってからにしたいですが、ピアノが好きだし、今ダウンロードしても良いかなという気持ちもあります。紛らわしくてすみません。でも、安全にやりたいので、質問があります。アップデートで、そう言うインストールだけでお金を取るなど、改善されましたか？そういうことも有るなら、正直に言って欲しいです。早めに回答してもらえるといいです。長文読んでくださったなら、ありがとうごさいます。
デベロッパの回答、こんにちは、Pianoについての分かりづらい点を伝えて頂きありがとうございました。Pianoは無料で利用できますが、プレミアムサービスにアップグレードすることも可能です。プレミアムサービスに登録した場合、キャンセルするまでプレミアムサービスの登録が自動的に更新されますのでご注意ください。この登録に関して不明な点がありましたら、喜んでサポート、また説明させて頂きます。support@gismart.com までご連絡頂ければ、サポートチームのスタッフができるだけ速やかに返信させて頂きます。
非常に納得できない広告から当アプリをダウンロードしたが、つまらなかったので数回だけ使用しアプリは削除した。
しかし、半年経ってからこちらのアプリに何度も支払っていることが判明し、確認したところ有料扱いに切り替わっていたことが判明。
Appleに問い合わせたが、一定期間を経過した支払いは返金できないとの回答があり、総額13,500円の不当な支払いとなった。
ダウンロード時に詳細を確認しなかったこと、明細を確認していなかったこちらにも落ち度があることは承知しているが、その他のレビューを見ても、有料に切り替わることについて分かりづらい説明になっていることや、週900円とあまりにも高すぎる料金について、詐欺まがいのアプリとしか思えない。
