  • 謎の島で住民たちをサバイブさせるカジュアル・シムゲーム いわゆる「ポピュラス」や「シムピープル」のような神視点でまったりと進行するシムゲームです。住民たちをドラッグ&ドロップして行動させたい場所に移動させ、火を起こしたり、フルーツを収穫したり、子供を作ったりしながら、全16種の課題（Puzzle）をクリアしていきましょう。操作自体はごくシンプル。英語メッセージも難しくはないので、単語の意味さえわかればゲーム進行にそれほど支障はないでしょう。

    まずは住民をいろんなところにドラッグ&ドロップしてみてください。なにか作業可能な場所があると画面下にヒントメッセージが出ます（場所によっては条件を満たさないと実行できないものもあります）。住民は作業を続けることでと特定のスキル値が向上し、成長させることでより高度なことができるようになります。すぐ作業をやめてしまう場合も、何度か指定し続ければ住民は継続して行動してくれるようになります。

    ゲーム内時間はアプリを起動させていない時も流れているため、食料を安定確保しないと再起動時に住民が全滅していることも。序盤はとにかく食料を一定数確保するための課題をクリアしていくのが最優先です。食料が確保できないうちに住民を増やし過ぎてしまうと食料不足に陥るので注意。

    ゲームで最も重要なのは「技術（Tech）ポイント」で、これは研究（Research）で増やすことができます。このポイントによって新しい技術を入手することができ、ゲームをより効率的に進行させることが可能です。

    また、ゲームのメイン要素となっている各々の課題をクリアするには、それぞれに設定されている技術レベル／住人スキルなどを満たしている必要があります（必要な条件は基本的にゲーム中には明示されない）。各課題のクリア条件を発見するのは結構難しいので、どうしても詰まってしまったら有志の攻略サイトなどを参考にするといいでしょう。

    なお、各ポイントやスキルを増やすにはかなりの時間がかかるので、暇な時間にちょこちょこ様子を伺うようなプレイスタイルが向いているでしょう（解法が分かっていてもクリアまでに2~3日ぐらいはかかる）。悪く言えば、ひとつひとつの行動に時間がかかるようになっているので、ゲームを最後まで一気に進めたいという人にはストレスになるかも。

    本ゲームはiPhoneにも登場していますが、元々はPCゲームということもあってボタンが小さめです。一方、このiPad版なら大きな画面で操作できるため、ストレスなくプレイできるのでオススメですね。
