  • RTPのネットワーク優先度が機能してない？ 最新版で、RTPの優先をモバイルデータにしてても、Wi-Fiを使ってしまっている気がします。 通話中、音質が変だから、その都度Wi-Fiを手動で切っています。 前はちゃんと機能していたのですが、いつからなのか、この機能が効いてません(2023/08/11時点)

    他の方が指摘している、着信は当方では問題なし。電話ISPによるのかもしれない。

  • 電話として致命的 以下、スマホだけでサービスを導入し、長年サービスを利用した個人的見解です↓

    電話機能として大前提である着信について、電波が良くても、Wi-Fiが良好でも着信しない事があります。切れた後に着信通知はあります。しかし、電話機能としてリアルタイムど着信が届かないのは致命的です。お陰で多くの顧客を失う事になります。
    おまけに通話品質も不安定です。良好な時もありますが、相手が何を喋ってるのか全く聞き取れ無い事があります。スマホと、相手の通信環境との相性かと察してます。
    あと、このアプリ単体での細かい通話設定などは出来ません。その都度クラウドのHPへログインする必要があります。留守番電話の設定など、わりと細かい設定が出来るみたいですが、何度やっても、実際には設定通りに反映されませんでした。何度も問い合わせで確認し、言われる通りしましたが、設定が反映される事はありませんでした。
    以上の理由から、このアプリ並びにクラウドサービスを仕事として使用するにはハイリスクと判断した結果、解約に至りました。
    工事無しで、スマホだけで手軽に始められて、先進的なサービスだと思い導入しただけに、残念でした。オペレーターの対応に関しては良くしていただきました。
  • 画面遷移周りの処理が雑 iOS13.7で使っていますが、仲介転送で呼び出し中にキャッチが入った際、キャッチを拒否すると、仲介転送の画面ではなく、元の通話の画面に遷移してしまい、仲介転送をキャンセルできなくなります。
    仲介転送の転送先を呼び出し続けたまま元通話に戻る(相手にとても失礼)か、元通話を切断(相手にとても失礼)しなければならなくなるので、仕事で使う電話対応ツールとしては致命的です。
    早急に対処して欲しい。
