- The app page shuts down when I try to upload the PDF Hi, I was trying to claim the missing miles. In the page, we are supposed to upload the proof such as a boarding pass or e-ticket. But when I select the file and upload, the missing miles section closes and i could not push to submit. So Basically whenever I try to upload it closes the page (not the entire app itself)
- I can't make a reservation from my PC No matter how many times I made a reservation from my computer, I couldn't proceed to the final decision. When I called the support center and asked, I was told to "install the app on your mobile phone and make a reservation".

- エラーが多すぎる ウェルカムクーポンは使えるが座席クーポンは使うと必ずエラーするので使うのを諦めた。クーポン自体があることは評価する。支払いもクレジットカード2枚と楽天ペイはエラーし、3枚目のポイント還元率の悪いクレジットカードを仕方なく使うと、やっと買えた。決済システムは外部のものだとしても、そこと提携したからには責任があろう。また、決済前の画面で再度確認のため、乗り換え時間なども細かく表示される仕様にした方がいい。大いに改善の必要がある。
