Create your own epic saga of conflict, mythology, and community! This acclaimed game of magical storytelling blends interactive stories and resource management. It’s set in Glorantha (the world of RuneQuest, HeroQuest, and 13th Age).

グローランサ TRPGのルーンクエストの背景世界となったグローランサを舞台にしたシミュレーションゲームです。グローランサはよくある中世ヨーロッパ的なファンタジー世界ではなく、神話や英雄叙事詩にあるような古代世界です。
このゲームでプレイヤーはドラゴン殺戮戦争で無人の地になったドラゴン・パスに新たに入植した氏族を受け持ちます。
次々と起こる魔法的な事件や不可思議な出来事に対応しながら、周辺の他の氏族と紛争や交易を行なって、自分の氏族との勢力を拡大し部族を結成を目指します。さらには異界へのヒーロークエストを行って魔術と名声を獲得しドラゴン・パス地方の王になることを最終目標です。
全文英語で読む量が多いので、日本人にはかなり敷居が高いですが最高に面白いです。このテーマが好きならば辞書を引きながらでも、ぜひ遊んでみて欲しいです。
最新版はiPadとiPhoneの両対応になっているので一回買えば両方で遊べるようです。個人的にはiPadで遊ぶのがお勧めです。
A very interesting, text heavy strategy game. This game is like a choose your own adventure with seemingly endless stories that weave together to become your own story. The art and music is great and the writing is excellent. My only complaint is that there are a few small music and sound glitches on my iPhone 4. I hope it gets fixed but it doesn't detract too much.
As Challenging As Ever Relatively simple to learn in terms of mechanics, King of Dragon Pass is difficult to master. It rewards the player's attention, both to details and the overall story. And it is almost never the same story twice, even from a similar starting point. I've been a fan and owner since the original MacOS version, and I like this one even better. The interface is improved, and the illustrations and music, which were already very good, are better still. And the gameplay and story remain as challenging as ever. Enjoy.
