- No Bluetooth Connection The app just doesn’t detect my RGB660 lights. No answer from Neewer company. No online help or troubleshooting. I paid a lot of money :(
Thank you for the response. There is a small detail missing. Both of the lights must be on for the bluetooth to detect any of the lights.
- デベロッパの回答 、 Before connecting, please ensure the bluetooth icon is flashing and that the APP is granted access to your Bluetooth. The phone will need to be used within 10m of the light for a successful connection. If this doesn't work, please turn off the bluetooth and try again. - 色温度 色温度が、操作できません。アプリもiPhoneのOSも最新です。
- デベロッパの回答 、 ご不便をおかけして誠に申し訳ございません。本社は 2020年から、新しい機能を追加したり、ユーザー使用上の問題を修正したりするために、APPを定期的に更新しています。 2020年10月7日からお使いのAPPを更新したのでしょうか？また、接続する前に、Bluetoothアイコンが点滅していること、およびAPPがBluetoothにアクセスできることを確認してください。 電話もライトから10m以内にある必要があります。 接続できない場合はBluetoothをオフにして、もう一度やり直してください。なお、APPを最大限に活用する方法を下記の動画で説明されていますので、ご参考になれば幸いです。
