- iPhoneで撮った写真がmovファイルになる iPhoneで撮った写真をWindowsへ送ろうとするとmovファイルになってしまいます。Live Photoの影響によるものだと思いますが、対応出来ませんか？

- No tethering option While file transferring between iPhone and PC within same 3rd party wi-fi network works perfectly, it does not work with tethered phone wi-fi. I have to use Xender to send file from phone to PC, when there is no 3rd party wi-fi.
UPD. Ok, seems like it works with tethered phone wi-fi. idk why it went wrong first time when I tried. So overall it is best option for transferring files between different ecosystems through wi-fi.

- 月額制を選んだのに勝手に年額制を支払われてしまいました。 月額制を選んでクレジットで支払いにしたところ、勝手に年額制になり、変更を希望しても、対応してもらえないということがありました。二度とここの会社のアプリ、システムは使いたくないですし、他の方には使われないことをお勧めします。
遠隔操作でしたらチームビューワーなどの無料で同じことができるアプリが存在します。
