It’s helping me a lot I started using CURABLE only several days ago. On the first day, I felt my PTSD and anxiety have lifted a great deal. It’s great that this assured me that my brain and mind are not broken and my brain can be reprogrammed! I am learning new techniques and psychology everyday through the app. I hope I can be free from my problem! Right now I’m focused on PTSD but I hope this will work for my panic attacks too.
