easy to use easy to use especially on sending money
Account Upgrading I give only 1 star to this app. They can’t fix my concern about upgrading my account. I always encountered error for submitting because they always said that my birthdate that I had use to input in the apps and the one that had written on my I’Ds doesn’t match. How did it comes to that? I always make sure that every time I will input my information is correct.
Recently it's been buggy Notification badge count that doesn't go away. Savings interest amount that don't match between the list and detailed view. FaceID comes up multiple times. Also, it is a hassle to report these bugs. Support would just say that my concerns are vague.

I really would like this app to be better. It has value with its convenience.
