- どうやってやるの？ zepetto入れてるはずなのにアカウントを追加しようとしたら｢zepettoがインストールされていません｣という表示が出て、｢zepettoインストール｣のボタンを押しても特に何も無いです。
If you try to add an account but you don't have a zepetto installation, you can see "zepetto installed".
I think that it is a bug because other people who use it are almost usable.

- 無反応… 去年の10月ほどからこのアプリを使っています！背景もダンスも色々な種類があって世界観がとっても素敵です！
ですが、1ヶ月半ほど置いてアプリを開くと接続が解除され、再接続ができなくなりました。ZEPETOで接続に同意を押しても、許可画面が解除されるだけで私のアバターが使えません、、。アプリを一度消したり、アップデートしたり、アカウントを一度削除してもう一度接続したりしましたが、結局接続されませんでした。ZEPETOの中では接続の許可が出ているのに、このアプリは使えませんでした。
大好きなアプリなので、早く使いたいです。対処法を教えてください。お願いします。
I've been using this app since about October last year! There are various types of backgrounds and dances, and the worldview is very nice!
However, when I left it for about a month and a half and opened the app, the connection was disconnected and I couldn't reconnect. Even if I press to agree to the connection in ZEPETO, the permission screen will only be canceled and my avatar cannot be used... I deleted the app once, updated it, deleted my account once, and connected it again, but it didn't connect in the end. I couldn't use this app even though the connection was allowed in ZEPETO.
It's my favorite app, so I can't wait to use it. Please tell me how to deal with it. Please.
- デベロッパの回答 、 Hi, we apologize for your inconvenience. We're working on this issue, and hope to be resolved in next update. If you delete your Chelly account, all of information is lost, so we suggest you avoid deleting apps as much as possible ? Thanks for your patience.
- バグが多すぎます…… アプリは、凄く良いの、いつも楽しく制作してるのですが……機能追加やアップデートがある度、作った動画のカメラワークがズレていたり、背景、音楽が消えたり その度、修正してます?template制作出来るようになったものの、アップロードしようとしたらアプリが落ちてアップロード出来ません……アップデートがあっても改善されなくて お問い合わせも探しましたが、どこにもなく途方にくれてます?せめて、お問い合わせが出来るようにして下さいm(_ _)m後、templateの検索機能も欲しいです
