■ 概要
Vinegar is a Safari extension that replaces the YouTube player with a minimal HTML video tag.
It removes ads, restores picture-in-picture, and keeps videos playing in the background.
Note: The "can read information from webpages" text in the permission section is just unfortunate wording. Vinegar needs access to the web page to find the YouTube player and replace it. It's not doing anything creepy!
(By the way, check out Vinegar's companion app, Baking Soda. It's basically a less powerful version of Vinegar, but it works on all websites other than YouTube.)

- Auto start playing feature Great application. Works great on the iPhone, iPad and Macbook. One small inconvenience is that you need to push the start button when the page is loaded for the video to start playing. An option that automatically starts the video would be perfect.
There is also a little delay before the video starts to play, but there is no ads or tracking. Which is perfect.
- よく分からない、、、 Vinegarが”その必要に応じ”てYouTubeページでパスワードやクレジットカード情報他を読み取れる事になっている。しかしそのような情報がなぜこの拡張機能に必要なのか説明が不明瞭で意味不明。
iOS/iPadOSでは「許可」「拒否」「確認」の設定ができるがMacOSでは問答無用で「許可」のみ。
iOS/iPadOSでも「拒否」や「確認」にした場合にこの拡張機能がどのような振る舞いになるのか不明。
このような重要情報を収集してその後どうなるのかよく分からないので購入したが結局破棄。

表示されているのは、SafariがWebコンテンツへのアクセスを必要とするすべての拡張機能に使用する標準の定型テキストです。 Vinegarは、YouTubeビデオプレーヤーを見つけて交換するためのアクセス権を必要とします。不気味なことは何もしていません。
- とても素晴らしい！ このアプリを使うようになってから、YouTubeでの勉強系動画や、操作説明系の動画に広告が入らなくなり、大変助かってます。 特に、オーディオのみの再生は、バッテリーを使いたくない移動時間の勉強などに最適です。是非、今後もアップデートなどお願い致します！

iPhone、iPad のOSアップデートにともない、機能がうまく動作しなくなりました。アップデートで修正されると助かります。よろしくお願いします。

Then go to:
Vinegarのアクセス権
And set:
m.youtube.com →許可
music.youtube.com →許可
youtube-nocookie.com →許可
youtube.com →許可
