  • 耳に装着するタイプで良かった 自分はあまり寝返りを打たないので、上になる方の耳に装着しましたが、痛くありません。
    耳が痛くなるという方は、寝返りを打って耳が機械と枕に挟まれているからだと思います。
    家族と寝室が同じでこれまで迷惑かけてました。完全にイビキが改善する訳ではありませんが、ある程度睡眠の質がマシになったと思います。
    あごに付けるタイプと違って、シールを貼り替える必要もありません。
    アプリは、まあ海の向こうで作られたものですから、完全を求めてもしょうがないと思います。
  • 効果出ているのかよくわからない。 購入から2ヶ月程度での感想です。
    装着感
    違和感は否めない。たまに耳が痛くなって目が覚めるのはイビキを止める際の振動からなのか？
    効果
    正直よくわからない。
    アプリが最悪でいびきストップと録音の表記では睡眠の質が大きく異なっている。
    またイビキの頻度、時間やレベル等も異なりどちらが正解なのかよくわからない。
    表記自体も文字切れ等何が表示されているのかわからない。
    クラウドファウンディングで購入しましたので
    まぁこんなものかなと諦めています。
  • 本体の機能はそれなり、アプリは要改善 顎下に貼るタイプの本体を1週間使用したが、カミさんによると効果はある様です。
    ただ、シートは毎日交換(1回のみ)との事でしたが、2日連続で使用したら朝取れてました。
    そこで、顎下に貼り付けて顎マスクで押さえて寝たら外れずに大丈夫でした。
    この方法で1週間最初のシートを使い続けてます。
    少し耳が痛くなりますけど、皆さんお試しあれ。
    さて、アプリですが、同期は上手く出来ますが、表示が小さくて見づらいです。
    拡大表示も出来ないので改良を希望します。
    また、表示内容の説明が無いので、グラフが何を表しているのか、いびきレベルが高いのか低いのかも判断基準が示されていないので不親切です。
    アプリの説明サイトがあると良いですね。
