  • Significant difference if you have commitment Started this app one and a half month ago. I used this app everyday completing the program assigned. I was skinny as a stick and now I’m already starting to get six packs! If you have time and commitment, this app is very very great. I mean look at Chris Heria!
  • It’s good It’s ok, but please add Health integration, so that iPhone knows I did my workout session.
  • Features I would like This app is a very good app. Gets me working out everyday! There are features I would like. I would like a calendar page that I can keep track of my progress besides my profile page. Also, if I could comment on my workout everyday I think it would become the best workout app!
