詐騙我購買了一萬日幣的Astro pay card，
因為AP號碼沒有輸入，而輸入成在銀行使用的名字。聯絡到客服，提供了付款證據。但客服不接受，且取消了付款訂單。就算我提供的付款證貴公司認為無法證明我的身分，至少也能?到是誰匯款進去以及從?個銀行帳號匯過來的。?是要盡快給我一個回覆，但仍然沒有回覆，不知道還要等上多久才會回覆。如果客服中心依然無法退款，為了我的權益，我會聯絡當地警察以及向貴公司開設帳?的銀行聯絡，請他們?忙協助處理。

銀行から入金したが反映されない。そして返金されない。表題の通りです。$30必要だったので銀行から4104円入金しました。しかしアプリ側には反映されず、3日以上経った今も返金されていません。おそらくアストロペイ側の名前を漢字で登録していたからだと思います。銀行口座から入金する際に振り込み名を、指定された数字＋アストロペイに登録されてある名前で入金する必要があります。しかし、銀行から他へお金を入金する際は漢字が使用できず、カタカナのみ使用できます。なのでアプリ側に反映されなかったのだと思います。早急に返金を求めますので対応をお願いします。対応され次第レビューを取り下げます。
