- 特に問題なかった チケットをこちらで取って後からレビュー見てびっくり。初めての1人海外旅行が一気に不安に変わりました。キャンセルも出来ない為一か八かでやるしかない。旅行前になりメールでしっかり注意事項が届きトラブル防止なのかなって思いましたがよーく読んで納得した上で旅行スタート。ターミナルや搭乗口は正確でその通りに行けば大丈夫。手荷物は航空会社は7キロといっているのにkiwiは5キロっていう 課金されるの嫌だったので頑張って5キロ以内にしたけど帰りは5キロ以上になってたけど問題なかったからやっぱ7キロで良かったのかも。乗り換え2時間(仁川)しかなくで不安で仕方なかったのですが、すんなり。むしろ早く着きすぎてやる事なかったです。でもこれは全ての飛行機が遅れる事なく飛んだからであって、もし遅延していたら乗り換えられなかったと思うのでこれはもう運かな。安いチケットなのでそれも覚悟の上取ればいいと思います。乗れなかったらその場でまたチケット取ろうって覚悟のある人だけ。4つの航空会社を利用しましたが、最後までイースタージェットにはログイン出来ませんでした。かなり不安でしたが(??-1の原因)乗れたのでホッとしました。色んな意見があると思いますが私は何も問題なく利用でき、不安な事はメッセージで答えてくれて良かったと思います。自分で素早く出国入国をすませること。です。初めての空港ばかりで不安でしたがスタッフの人に言えばなんとか助けてくれます。

- 未だに払戻しがありません GW中の航空券を行きはANA公式で、帰りはスカイスキャナー経由kiwi.comでANAの航空券を予約。
コロナで行きも帰りも飛行機が欠航になり、ANA公式は返金申請した当日に全額返金処理。
kiwi.comは4/29に返金申請をしましたが、7/29の今日現在何も進展がないままです。
また飛行機自体欠航なのにも関わらず、何故かステータスは｢旅行済み｣になっております。
謎過ぎます。
諦めきれず何度も返金処理申請を行いましたが、その度に自動の返信メールが届くのみで、それ以外のメールも進展も一切無し。
対応は最悪です。
返金処理に最長3ヶ月かかると記載がありますが、明日でその3ヶ月です。
明日中に返金処理が終わるとも思えません。
問合せのメールを送りたくても、私のプランでは問合せのメールは送れないどのことです。
だから返金処理申請しか出来ません。
でも自動の返信メールしか返ってきません。
このまま泣き寝入りかと思うとやりきれません。

But only the automatic reply mail is returned.
I can't finish thinking that I will fall asleep.

オススメします。
コールセンターのフォローメールも英語で送られてきます。
翻訳ソフト何社か使ってもおおよそしか伝わらないですし、
こちらが送った内容にも返信がないようです。
旅行にも行けそうにない。
コールセンターも55分待ちとアナウンスあり
繋がっても日本語カタコトの外人さんと長話、
電話代もかなりかかって、
変更できない、、、
航空券80000円くらい払って、プラス
変更オプションの代金8000円払っているのに
行きの便は変更出来るが帰りは
変更できそうにない。キャンセルしてください。
あんな入力しづらいフォームに入力させて、
失敗したら
払い戻しの理由を英語で書いて
払戻金の見積もり、
キャンセルには2000円くらい手数料がかかり
代金は1割程しか返って来ない。
帰りの40000円の航空券で返って来るのは4000円
行きだけで90000円払うことになり
帰りの航空券でまた40000円
ここまでで130000円
最初から
ANAで130000円の航空券買えば良かった。
気づいて変更を申し出たのは二週間以上前なんですが。
詐欺としかいいようがない。
キャンセル後の代用のチケットも用意なし、
5日前にそんな事言われてもどうにもできない。
もう2度とこんな体験はしたくない。
私はもう使いたくない。
