  • 空港直結^ ^ 1年前、夜の到着で翌日昼発でしたので空港出て直ぐの利便性で宿泊を決めました
    朝食が抜群に良かったです
    直接行くと高額ですがプランにすると20?プラスくらいで付けられます♪
    朝、シャンパーニュに新鮮なメニューどれをとっても良かったです^ ^
    そして、来月またミュンヘンで夜越しのトランジットが出来たので運命的に予約を入れました！
    勿論ですが客室も洗練されていて気持ちよく過ごせました^ ^b
  • Misleading for Families Traveling in Japan I became a Hilton Honors member during the pandemic via AmEx Platinum. After learning bookings through AmEx didn’t earn points, Hilton referred me to this app.

    While planning a family trip in Japan, I used the app to book for 2 adults and 1 child (age 0?18 selectable). The app showed hotel options and rates as expected. However, at check-in, we were told there’s an extra charge for kids over 6?something not disclosed during booking.

    We felt blindsided and embarrassed, stuck with a non-negotiable fee for a week-long stay. If the app had reflected the charge or restricted age selection, we would’ve understood. Instead, this gap caused unnecessary frustration for us and the hotel staff.

    This is a serious flaw in the booking experience. Hilton must fix this by either:
