- App crash Seriously, This is a big issue, Please solve the App crash issue and couldn’t show the images that I have been uploaded in the App. I am facing this problem for last one month, I hope Asus will release updates to solve this issue, By the way , I am using IPhone 12 and experienced this crash issue
- 感想→いつか無くなる気がする 2024年9月にいきなりログインできなくなりました。理由は「アカウントIDもしくはパスワードが違う」ということ。
これはまったくの虚偽（嘘）です。
パスワードも間違わないし、そもそもアカウントIDもパスワードもiOSに登録してあります。
こうやって人の個人情報を不正操作するのはよくないですよね？
セキュリティの部分で信用してはいけないということです。
結局は新しいパスワードを再変更して事態はおさまっまがASUSが何をしたかったのかいまだによくわからない。
あと、スピードがとにかく遅い。なんだか電話回線使ってるみたいな気分です。総合的に感想をいうと「いつか無くなるんじゃないか？」と勘繰ってしまう。このクラウドサービスに重要なデータは置かないことにします。
- ログインできない！ 突然ログイン時に2段階認証を求められるようになり、登録時のメールアカウントが変更になっているためログインができない！サポートに問い合わせると「ログインしてからコンタクトフォームを利用してください」と返事。いやいや、そもそもログインが出来ないから問い合わせてるんだが？使用できていた時もほとんどのデータが他PCと同期せずクラウドとして全く使えない。
そんなリスクがあるから格安なのだろうけど、無くしたデータのことを考えるとそれでも高い代償。オススメしません！
