- The new end to end encryption update ruined everything. I had to remove my messenger because I can't log in to my account. And when I installed it back, all of the recent messages were gone and only the chat before end to end encryption was left.
My grandmother also had the same problem. All of her and my aunt who is very close to her’s chat disappeared and she felt very upset about it.
All of the media’s, photos and memories shared together are gone. Which upsets me a lot.
We are very disappointed. You should at least give an option for on and off for the people who does and doesn’t need it. It's causing many problems and I hope you remove it asap. I don't find it necessary it's too difficult to understand.
