- Recently it's been buggy Notification badge count that doesn't go away. Savings interest amount that don't match between the list and detailed view. FaceID comes up multiple times. Also, it is a hassle to report these bugs. Support would just say that my concerns are vague.
I really would like this app to be better. It has value with its convenience.
- 大金を預けるのは不安 アプリ以前にサポート体制が全く駄目。
プリペイドSIMが失効してしまった為、新しいSIMに移行するべく申請を行うが全く反応が無い。何度も申請し、ようやく返信が来たが「新しいアカウントへは旧いアカウントの残額は移行されない。旧アカウントの残額放棄に同意すれば新しいアカウントへの移行手続きを行う」旨の説明。
幸か不幸か、旧アカウントには400ペソ程の残高しかなかったので、「残額放棄に同意するので新アカウントへの移行手続きを希望」と返事を送ったが、そこで先方の対応はストップ。
以後、約2ヶ月間に渡り状況確認のメールを送るが全く音沙汰が無い。
何らかの事情で利用できなくなってしまった場合に、サポートに期待できないというのは金銭を扱うサービスとしては致命的なのではないか。
フィリピン人はフィンテックに触る以前に、問いあわせを受けたら返答するという当たり前の習慣を身に付けることから取り組むべき。
- bug on buy load button everytime i click the button for buy load, the app always closes! please fix this
