- Can’t connect to facebook Hit or miss
- Poor support system. Not helping at all. I got bugs in recharging, i dont receive any coins whenever I recharge. Contacted their facebook page, they just asked me to refund it. Their reply isnt helping at all not fixing the main problem.
- useless support bunch of bugs yes they advice me to contact them tru facebook i didnt get any reply and after commenting on their photo they blocked me totally.. i cant even message or comment to them now hahaha do not play this game
i purchase 12,000 coind and i didnt recieve..
i opened a ticket and the support team didnt even read my message...
he replied with different thing..
they sell an event item that your character gender cannot use... and when i ask support for assistant the stupid support asked me if i check the gender? really dumb you the one not checking the gender and have mistakenly gaved the items to opposite sex..
bad support team
bunch of error and bugs..
server ghost town and keep on making new server
im quiting this game soon
