- The premium account problem I use the same account both on my iPhone and Apple TV. However it doesn't work on Apple TV. Most of work outs are locked. No matter i have restored account. So i directly emailed Zova team and the reply was they already fixed. But why it doesn't work for me then?? I was excited about workouts but this update just make me disappointed. Gotta reconsider about continuing the subscription
