NEVER USE worst booking experience ever. Their online chat (with a human agent) will start ignoring you and end the chat if you complain. The agents will say someone will call to help with issue but no one will ever call. They cannot be trusted and their system sucks. Payment declined no matter how many times I try, and it is their system’s fault. After a million times trying (and wasting half a day) the payment finally goes through and it’s very fickle. Again, the agents will tell you support will call but they don’t. If you want to save yourself stress and trauma, do not book directly through them. Cannot complain enough. Btw no one from Scoot has gotten in touch with me yet after all the support I’ve requested.
