機能しないア‏プリ‎はほぼ制御出来ず、操作性も悪い。カスタマーサポートに連絡しても口先ばかりで対応も説明もしません。キャンセルや変更が起こり得ない切符、格安なら使う価値が多少あるのではないでしょうか。ネットの口コミ(被害)をよく見ておくべきだった。いつまでこんな詐欺まがいのビジネスを続けるの？

返信:わざとらしい定型文で返信入れるくらいならユーザー対応したら？trustpilotもfacebookもお客さんからの苦情で溢れてる。そしてそれに対しそのフレンドリー構文で”連絡してね！”というだけ。メールでは全然返信遣さないくせに。なおア‏プリ‎不具合は半年以上前にはもう出ているね、よく改善もせずやってるね。あと書類捏造してカード会社に出すな。

Easy to use but no customer support The app is easy to use and helpful it has both train and bus booking.

However, when you need help there is no customer service.
There is only an automated bot which and no live chat agent. They say they will replay by email and it’s been 4 days already.

No help for urgent issues.
