- Worst matching application ever I had a terrible experience with this site. I paid for large amout of money, but right after that my account was shut down without apparent reasons. I asked the reason to the staff via email twice but there was no reply. I just waste money. Worst experience ever!!!!

Luxy's audit is very rigorous. For your description, you may have been reported by multiple users (reason: Scam, low-quality or sugar baby). After becoming a Luxyer, for low-quality users, once reported, he/she will be forcibly audited. If the mandatory review fails, you will be blacklisted. Blacklist users cannot match other users and cannot send messages.

- No customer service I was using the app normally then suddenly got the account disabled without explanation. Contacted the customer service to get an explanation. However, no reply so far and it’s been several days. Other similar apps membership is 1/10 of this one but have way better customer service. I feel like it was a rip off as I barely had the time to use it while having just paid for the membership at a high price.
