Always freezing!!!! I love reading so I gave a try to be a member for a month. I didn’t mind paying if it’s worth it but everytime I open this app it always makes me frustrated because I have never used this app without freezing. Not even once. So I decided not to continue my subscription. Reading is my pleasure and relaxing time but eveytime I open this app it makes me feel unpleasant. Hope you can do something about it.
I’ve upgrade membership but cannot read.. Hi, I always enjoy many of articles. I already upgrade my membership, and actually paid monthly subscription.
But it seems not have been adopted to my account. So I couldn't read premium articles, and when I try to purchase, the messages that saying I’m already in subscription.
Can I find how to connect the payment and actual membership?

デベロッパの回答 、 Hi there, we're sorry to hear that! If you've purchased your subscription via iTunes, it's possible that your subscription didn't connect to your Medium account. To fix this, please go to the You (👤) tab in the Medium iOS app and tap the "Restore purchases" button. Once you do this, your membership should be recognized on your account.

Love this app! I really love this app because of it's many interesting topics and their authors. Thanks to Medium, I started to read more books and not only about Computer Science but furthermore about psychology, philosophy, self-development, health and many more.
