Paid but a taxi didn't come ベトナム旅行でホイアンからダナンのタクシーを予約しましたが、予約の20分前から待っていて、時間になっても来ず、予約時間より5分経ったらキャンセル扱いになる(先払いなのに)と書いてあったので、急いで連絡したら『今から向かわすわ～』くらいのテンションで細かく聞かれず言われたので、ついブチ切れてしまいました。他の予約より明らかに高額払ってキャンセルされたら信じられない。結局、予約とは違う方が10分後に来てくれて、その方はいい方でしたが、不安すぎたから自分はもう使いたくないです。予約前からメッセージしても全く返信来なかったから、仕方なく電話した感じだったし…。
I reserved a taxi from Hoi An to Da Nang but it was so expensive. I found it was described to the attention that it will be cancelled 5 mins later even if paid in advance. I was waiting in the designated place for 30 mins but the taxi didn't come. I got so angry, so I called a service centre and explained it. She replied without the kindness, and finally the new taxi came. I was relieved in the end but I think I never use this app for using a taxi because it made me sad:(
