Much less fun than others I've played a few games from this company, this is by far the worst. I haven't even reached the halfway point, and I've lost interest in continuing. Much less organized than others, with little to do besides endlessly waiting.
Edit after completing the 20 years: My review stays the same. Very dull, little you can really do because your tenants can never afford their rent. It makes it difficult to be creative when you're always trying to avoid the red.
