... I cannot access my full medical history or billing records through this app. It only shows the visits and expenses that occurred after I registered. I find this extremely confusing. What's the point of a medical app if it only displays a partial history?
Electronic invoices and postal delivery of billing statements are still not available. One major inconvenience of using large hospitals is that they only operate on weekdays, meaning I have to take time off work just to visit. Unfortunately, the Wellcne app does nothing to improve this situation. It makes me seriously question what the purpose of this app is. It's almost ironic.
I also don't understand why there's a limit of only three hospitals that one can register with on the app. That makes no sense to me.
Overall, I find the design and functionality of the Wellcne app to be illogical and not user-friendly. The loading speed is painfully slow. When viewing test results, some of the data is hidden. After expanding to see the full results and going back, the app kicks me back to the home screen. Honestly, the app design team should be completely replaced.
I had high hopes for this app. I thought it would help reduce unnecessary hospital visits for administrative procedures. But in reality, it changes nothing.
What's worse is that many users have been pointing out these issues for over a year, yet nothing seems to have improved. It's still just as bad.
