Please clarify strength training log input What is the correct way to input the time of weigh lifting exercises? Do I put the entire time including 40 sec rest between sets? Or should I just count the time I am actually lifting the weights?
I am asking this because the calories burned shown in the app do not match what other sources suggest it should be.

Nice app but no timer for exercise. This app connects to my gym equipments it’s just a pity I have to close it up in order to turn on my timer between the series to use another app. It would be great if you guys could include this feature as well as make it possible to connect Apple Watch or Garmin to monitor the heart beats.
