question Hi, have been using this app and so far so good. But am wondering about something like..if I wear a smart watch using my sleep (with accelerometer & heart rate sensor), will it affect the result of my tracked sleep by this app?
Or does it solely depend on my mobile? If it’s so, I’d recommend it to also use the paired smart watch data as well as I usually put my mobile next to the bed, it might not be able to sense the movement very well. In this case, the watch, wore on hand, can do a better job in getting this detail.
Oh, also..please allow me to disable the alarm rings half an hour before the time i’m supposed to wake up....usually I can’t fall back into sleep afterwards and that sucks. :( Thanks!
