1. Copy the share-link you created and paste it into a message of your Mail, Social media, or Messenger. Send it to your friends! You can send directly to mail, Social media or Messenger in our app. 1) Click the 'More' button on the right side of the MyLink card, then click the 'Share' button. 2) If you select the app you want to share, you can share the My Link directly.
2. Due to the nature of iOS, when the Send Anywhere app switches to background mode, the transfer stops. (If you open another app or if the screen is locked when a file is being transferred, transfer stops.) And once it failed to transfer, it can't be resumed. To prevent this, please be careful not to run other apps or lock the screen during the transfer. We are sorry for not being able to be of more help, but we hope you understand.
3. The iOS default Photos app is not our app, so it's very limited to control and it's hard to record a transfer. Hope you understand.
4. At the time of transmission, the file is encrypted and transmitted so that the contents of the file being transferred cannot be known by others. File transfer using the 6-digit key transfers files directly between the two devices and does not store files on the server. So you do not have to worry about file leaks. For link sharing and send to device, files are uploaded to the server temporarily. All files are encrypted and stored to protect against external attacks and spills. Stored files are automatically deleted from the server after expiration.

Please try to transfer after checking your network condition(network cable, Wi-fi router, etc) If the issue still persists, please let us know the exact key or link that fails to transfer at email@example.com
