Lost my money. I paid for a 12 month subscription but it suddenly wouldn't connect 4 months in saying i needed to renew. I checked my apple id subscriptions and it was still active, the expiration date 8 months away. I contacted support and they said my account was somehow "terminated" and asked for a receipt, so I sent proof of my subscriptions but of course they couldn't verify. We had a long conversation that led to nothing and I was told to wait for an email so I could explain my situation properly, even though my situation was simple enough: my account got terminated for no reason and I got cheated off 70% of my money's worth. It's been 2 months, still no email. The only reason I picked this app over the more trusted one was because the yearly subscription was cheaper. Never risking my money again.

無駄遣い Title says it all. Nothing worked in China just only charged yearly. If you would like to connect to support Taiwan in China you have to connect vpn that means we need to find an another option of VPN here in China. Absolutely this app won’t be the first choice in China. I want my money back.
