ドライバー次第全く話さなくていいのも魅力だが‏、‎フレンドリーなドライバーさんにあたっても、それはそれで楽しい。
２回目の利用の時、料金設定が少し高めのドライバーあたってしまったが‏、‎ショッピングモールで待つのも疲れるのでその人を選んだのに、いつまでたっても指定の場所に来ず、MAPを頼りに車までこちらから出向くと、駐車場に完全に止めてあり、ドライバーはおらず、トイレかなと思い１５分もそこでドライバーを待ちましたが‏、‎結局戻ってきませんでした。国際電話をかけてまで利用する気はなかったので‏、‎すぐに違うドライバーに変更したら、2ドル安い料金設定で‏、‎おまけにとても親切でした。
スーツケースは4個まで/Up to Four Suitcases Allowed 家族でハワイに住んでいま‏す‎。家族で空港に行くために、初めてリフトを利用してみました。荷物に制限を設けているドライバーに当たりました。制限を超える場合は‏、‎XLサイズの乗車料金を現金で払うよう要求され、追加で2 0ドルを現金で支払いました。
(ちなみに車のサイズはXLサイズではありません)

なお、我が家はボストンバッグ1つとスーツケース4つ、夫婦と子供二人で乗りました。今まで使って来たウーバーではそんな事を要求された事が一度もなかったので‏、‎今後は必ずウーバーを使おうと思いま‏す‎。

We live in Hawaii as a family. In order to go to the airport together, we decided to try using a Lyft for the first time. We encountered a driver who had restrictions on luggage. When our luggage exceeded the limit, we were asked to pay the XL-sized fare in cash and ended up paying an additional $20 in cash.
By the way, our luggage consisted of one Boston bag and four suitcases, for a total of two adults and two children. We had never been asked such a thing when using Uber before, so from now on, we will always use Uber.
Horrible service First time used; the drivers never showed up on time no speak common language- the second driver finally came without apology but friendly at all- the vehicle was old definitely need suspension job- unsatisfied over all that I claimed customer service they keeps on ignoring to close the case without customer’s consent….. impossible unprofessional too frustrating EXTREMELY POOR- no star just put one in order to post this
