Amazing service! As someone who grew up in the suburbs without a car, this app has been life-changing. The drivers are always friendly and timely, and the service is extremely reliable.
Extremely bad experience I’ve ever had First of all, charged the fee of cancellation 3 times even I’m not the one who cancel.
Second, I contacted to customer service and they said that’s not their problem so can’t do anything.
Third, after they charged cancellation fee, they also blocked my account by claiming the fact. They basically blocking account anytime they want if customer make claim about truth.

ドライバー次第全く話さなくていいのも魅力だが‏、‎フレンドリーなドライバーさんにあたっても、それはそれで楽しい。
２回目の利用の時、料金設定が少し高めのドライバーあたってしまったが‏、‎ショッピングモールで待つのも疲れるのでその人を選んだのに、いつまでたっても指定の場所に来ず、MAPを頼りに車までこちらから出向くと、駐車場に完全に止めてあり、ドライバーはおらず、トイレかなと思い１５分もそこでドライバーを待ちましたが‏、‎結局戻ってきませんでした。国際電話をかけてまで利用する気はなかったので‏、‎すぐに違うドライバーに変更したら、2ドル安い料金設定で‏、‎おまけにとても親切でした。
