- bug experience I’ve been experiencing a bug that happens very often , I don’t think its my wifi that makes the stream pause for a while because I know my internet connection is fine.
The bug i’ve been experiencing for a while is that the stream pauses even without me pausing the stream. I don’t know if its only me or it happens to many people also but i know for sure that its a bug because i have been using the app for a long time and it only happened to me lately so i hope the developers fix this asap because not only it disrupts my watching experience it is also very irritating when in the game a massive fight happens but u cant see it because the stream is lagging/paused

- Fix your system While the community and the stream options are good itself, the support doesn’t deserve even one star. I countlessly wrote reports and mails but it seems like they either cannot read properly, ignorant or there are only robots existing. They always send some unrelated information that you also need to search yourself instead of giving direct answer. If you meet troll and got banned, they will not help you, they just ban you from the whole system and do literally nothing. So you cannot even ask them for help. They also will ban your IP. I literally had this situation and when I wrote a mail saying “I am banned and I cannot write support cause you banned my IP’ They replies “Oh, I see, if your IP banned, you need to write a report.” And then sends the link where to write a report for IP, you need to use your IP. What? The logic is non-existed.
They basically supported chinese haters who harassed my account only because thought that I’m Japanese. They literally wrote offenses in my stream and Twitch did nothing, but then I replied something like “there’s google translate” I don’t know what wrong did I do but that is not even nearly as bad as theirs. Twitch is screwed. Fix your support system.
- Twitterから直接アプリに飛べない いつも楽しくゲーム配信を見させてもらっているものです。
さて、直近のアップデート以降、TwitterでURLが掲載されたツイートからアプリに切り替えることが出来なくなりました。以前は「Twitter→ブラウザのTwitch→アプリに切り替え」となっていたのですが、現在は「Twitter→ブラウザのTwitch→AppStore」となってしまい、見たい配信者のIDをアプリで打たなければならなくなってしまいました。
TwitterにURLを掲載している人からしても、自分の配信に来るための道のりが長くなってしまうため、視聴者の呼びこみが難しくなってしまいそうです。視聴者もそのIDを打つ、という手間から、配信を見るのをやめてしまうこともあり得そうです。現に私は何度か今日は他の配信サイトにしよう、とTwitchを利用しないことがありました。
この今回のアップデートによる改善はとても素晴らしいです。しかし新たにこういったトラブルが発生してしまったということをお伝えしたかったです。
長々と拙い文章を書いてしまい申し訳ないです。改善をお願いします。
