Google needs to get its stuff straight no multi window support for the ipad much better to use gmail on a browser like safari I understand they don’t want to give the best software experience on an ipad BUT they don’t have a good tablet until they make one they need to get there app up to date on apple products as well that’s what they re customers are using
not user friendly, bad design This app is totally not user friendly. First the conversation function is just a chaos, the idea is good but in practice it’s very difficult to find what you want in the conversation particularly if you have a very long conversation, I overlooked a very important business mail once because of this function. Second I don’t know why but Google’s developers added a “shorten” function for this app, sometimes a 100 words long plain text email would be detected as a “mail needs to be shortened “, you need to click “view the entire message “ so it pops up a browser thing so you can view the message instead of using the app itself. I don’t know the purpose of this function at all.
