J’ai apprécié de pouvoir bénéficier de cette option de surclassement offerte au moment de l’enregistrement en ligne pour me rendre à Tokyo où je réside habituellement et dois prochainement être hospitalisé. Cette offre à un tarif raisonnable a donc permis à Air France de mieux protéger ma santé de Français résidant depuis plus de 40 années au pays des cerisiers en fleurs.
Economy class poor or inexistent service I had the worst experience on my flight from Japan to France. Between the two, low quality much lower than it used to be, it was impossible to ask a cabin attendant to come serve wine or just ask a sinple question concerning my return flight. Flight attendants saw I was trying to get their attention and either ignored me when passing nearby or intentionally turned back when seeing my raised hand. I have never felt so insulted in my life and I fly 5 to ten times a year due to my work (university professor). Even US cabin attendants were in that respect far more polite - and that says a lot. I have been flying with Air France for 15 years now as my parents live in France. And if there is no improvement in basic quality service I will simply boycott AF, and share my experiences with my colleagues across the globe.
