Virtual Regatta is a free online sailing and regatta sailing simulation video game where you can become the skipper of your boat in the face of the “winds of the globes”.
Race against hundreds of thousands of rivals in real time and compete against Vendée Globe skippers like Jérémie Beyou, Sam Davies and Alex Thomson from your computer, smartphone or tablet. Virtual Regatta is an official partner of the World Sailing Federation with which Virtual Regatta co-organizes all existing official eSailing events. Official game of the greatest sailing races: Vendée Globe, Route du Rhum, Transat Jacques Vabre, Solitaire Le Figaro, and the Olympic Virtual Series take the helm of your boat and compete against the most famous offshore racing in Virtual Regatta!
HOW TO PLAY :
• Give your boat a name.
• Take the start at the same time as the real skippers on your virtual boat.
• Make use of the real weather forecast as a tactician.
• Adapt your sails to the weather conditions.
• Adjust your heading according to the weather conditions.
• Track your boat on your mobile or tablet.
• Locate the position of other competitors.

- Why the adds... Hello there, while I thoroughly enjoyed this game for the past 2 years, I cannot help but feel extremely frustrated by those bloody adds that show up every single time I check a race. It happened since the last update as I’ve never encountered them before. I did not have any for the past 6 years and that was just perfect. Now I spend half my time clicking those useless app suggestions and the other half I can at last remove them. I really want to stress this out before it’s freaking annoying and very sneaky all of a sudden...
