- The app page shuts down when I try to upload the PDF Hi, I was trying to claim the missing miles. In the page, we are supposed to upload the proof such as a boarding pass or e-ticket. But when I select the file and upload, the missing miles section closes and i could not push to submit. So Basically whenever I try to upload it closes the page (not the entire app itself)
- I can't make a reservation from my PC No matter how many times I made a reservation from my computer, I couldn't proceed to the final decision. When I called the support center and asked, I was told to "install the app on your mobile phone and make a reservation".

- Please update your app and website Tried multiple times to book a flight on their website and gave up after waiting over 5 minutes each time for the payment to process. Was then instructed to download the app. The app is clunky and dated. It also wouldn’t get past the payment process loading screen. Over an hour of wasted time. Deleted the app and chose another airline.
