Awful app, terrible website I sincerely don’t know how this company sells tickets.
I’ve been trying to purchase tickets using the website or the app for a week! At first I thought maybe it wasn’t working on that day, but every time I try is the same thing. There are lots of bugs that don’t allow me to conclude my requests. I keep going to the first page over and over again. It doesn’t work at all.
I wonder if this app is a reflection of the airline that’s behind it… This is by far, the worst app I have ever used to book anything. How did this get release to the market is beyond me.

Theirs is no over view the flight number, the passenger info before paying. If you missed something, you can’t go back to the previous step of the check out.

Holy crap as an app developer myself, i cannot believe the people who designed this held actual job and got paid to salary to do so.

早々に修正して頂かないと非常に困りま‏す‎。

いつまで経っても改善VER.にアップデートされないで‏す‎が‏、‎その気が無いんで‏す‎か？？

ログインすると数秒で切れてしまいま‏す‎。お陰様で昨日も海外の空港カウンターで軽いトラブルになりました。サービスとア‏プリ‎が連動してるなら、さっさと改善していただきたい。
