Awful app, terrible website I sincerely don’t know how this company sells tickets.
I’ve been trying to purchase tickets using the website or the app for a week! At first I thought maybe it wasn’t working on that day, but every time I try is the same thing. There are lots of bugs that don’t allow me to conclude my requests. I keep going to the first page over and over again. It doesn’t work at all.

早々に修正して頂かないと非常に困りま‏す‎。

いつまで経っても改善VER.にアップデートされないで‏す‎が‏、‎その気が無いんで‏す‎か？？

ログインすると数秒で切れてしまいま‏す‎。お陰様で昨日も海外の空港カウンターで軽いトラブルになりました。サービスとア‏プリ‎が連動してるなら、さっさと改善していただきたい。
Zero stars Unbelievable. Nobody at your company reads these reviews? It’s your vital link with non Korean speaking customers. We don’t all read Hangul and use Android devices. Went out of my way, three times, to try and book a ticket but the app continually has errors, breaks through and lands me on the Jeju Air home page, not even the web app app format portal. Doesn’t anyone even pay attention to traffic logs to see this obvious failure-to-book-error repeating over and over. Seriously, Wtf guys!? Olympics are coming in three weeks, so good luck with that you geniuses. Until they wake up from this drunken stupor, Take your business elsewhere, as example AirBusan has a flawless app and I finally booked effortlessly with them instead.
