- Adding credit for a call From my test call Overall quality of call was good. I also thought call rate(5$/h) is cheaper than the other app (OTEL)I was using before. The only thing am dissatisfied is this app seems not to have other methods of adding credit other than using credit card. Since I don’t have credit card at the moment am afraid am not going to use Rebtel for a while.
It would be much appreciated if you diversify payment methods so credit card non holders also can use the app. Like paying at convenience stores, Apple Pay...

- The interface is a shame The calls are just fine.
The interface is an absolute nightmare.
Some examples:
- when calling stored contacts that have multiple phone numbers, it’s not clear which number you’re calling or how to choose
- it’s not clear what pressing something does. I accidentally call frequently while navigating the app.
- call history doesn’t work or exist. I’m not sure what the default display shows, because it shows some past calls, but not all.
- whenever I call someone I cannot hear a ringtone, and sometimes I even cannot hear the first few seconds of them speaking. This obviously leads to me being hung up on.
In summary: the service is good, the app is an unmitigated usability disaster.
