Simple, fast, yet more thorough than any other pregnancy wheel available for the iPhone, Perfect OB Wheel is better than just a replacement for your trusty paper wheel.
Here's why Perfect OB Wheel is your best choice of gestational calculator:
1) Input flexibility: Start with one of:
• Last menstrual period (LMP)
• Conception date
• Estimated date of confinement/delivery (EDC)
• Ultrasound dating: Number of weeks and days gestation as of a given date ("X Weeks").
2) Input speed: Other wheels for the iPhone make you conform to them for entering your patient's information. Why not be able to choose based on how you are holding the phone and what else you are doing at the same time?
• Use the numeric entry pad (0 3 3 0 2 0 0 8) and immediately see the results, OR
• Spin the date wheel at the bottom of the screen and tap Next.

- まさにパーフェクト 最終月経、排卵日、現在の妊娠週数いずれからでも算定が可能です。待っていたアプリです。
- 産科外来のお供に 何種類かの妊娠週数計算機を試してみましたが，今のところこれが最も使い勝手が良さそうな印象です．
日付の入力に際して，"Today" button があるともっと便利になりそうです．
通常の使用はもちろん，過去の胎児計測値から妊娠週数を確認する用途にも使えます．（X weeks）
（ただし，日本人の胎児計測値を収録しているソフトは今のところないと思うので，何週何日相当というデータからの算出になりますが．）
外来などの現場で，ぱっと計算する用途に適しています．
