APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE & APP SECURITY..!!! Efficient in taking your money, but forget about being able to communicate with them should you have any problems. 2 months of generic replies from their ‘support’ agents, who clearly do not read the uncountable detailed messages you send...who conveniently change constantly, ensuring you need to explain the problem to a different support member every 5 minutes, because you must re-log in every 3 minutes... Perhaps their ONLY security measure.
Complete lack of security on so many levels. Often No Password Access. No Permission Requests to access your personal data... not even an option to be turned off in settings..?!?!?
*Be sure to Log Out and shut down app, as you often can access your account without actually entering a password..!!!
Currently.... have been waiting over 24 hours for a reply, regarding my account being hacked. The only notifications I have received are those telling me my “My Account Information has been Updated”. ... when I haven’t accessed my account for over a month...??? So why have my ‘PERSONAL’ details been changed, or more importantly WHO has accessed my account and changed my details...!?!?!
This WAS the only online source I have used in the last 10 years to transfer money, but clearly they can no longer be trusted.... Happy to Take, but Reluctant To Give ANYTHING Back..!!!
Step Up PayPal, and remember who is keeping you in business in these difficult times... Unfortunately they’ll NEVER READ OR RESPOND TO THIS EITHER..!!!
